Namo Overseas (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as a registered exporter of high-quality agricultural products. These guidelines outline our practices, compliance standards, and buyer responsibilities for all agro-related transactions.
2. Scope of Products
We specialize in exporting fresh fruits, dried fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, spices, and allied agricultural commodities. All products are carefully sourced, graded, and packaged to meet international market standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Certifications
- IEC (Import Export Code) registration
- FSSAI certification for food safety
- APEDA registration for agricultural exports
- MSME / UDYAM registration
Every product undergoes strict inspection, lab testing (where required), and proper packaging for global export.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after agreed advance or full payment is received.
- Invoices are issued with all applicable terms and conditions.
- Payments must be made via authorized banking channels.
5. Packaging & Logistics
We provide export-grade packaging, including cartons, jute bags, and MAP vacuum packaging. Cold-chain and ventilated containers are used to ensure perishable products reach buyers fresh and intact.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates based on product type, logistics, and customs clearance.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or third-party issues.
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are shipped or handed over as per agreed Incoterms.
7. Minimum Order & Custom Requests
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on product type, generally starting from one container load (FCL). We also accommodate custom packaging, labeling, and grading requirements as requested by buyers.
8. Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing
We source responsibly from verified farmers and partners, support local communities, and provide eco-friendly packaging solutions to promote sustainable agriculture.
9. Privacy & Communication
We value buyer confidentiality. All personal and business information is handled securely and only for transaction purposes.
10. Changes & Updates
These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued transactions or use of our services constitute acceptance of any revisions.
11. Governing Law
All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any legal matters.
